Free webinar to help make managing medications easier for patients

| If you, or someone you care for, often struggle to manage your medicines safely, this managing medicines and maintaining independence webinar is for you. You will hear from pharmacy professionals explaining the range of support available through KCHFT pharmacy teams, as well as community pharmacies, GP practices and primary care networks.
